Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your country sets a higher minimum. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Animora with your parent or guardian’s knowledge.

You may not use Animora if we have banned you before, or if the law prohibits you from doing so.

• Give accurate information, and choose a username that does not impersonate or insult anyone.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens through your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
• You can delete your account at any time, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Animora is a place for anime fans, and we want it to be safe and respectful. Do not post or do any of the following:

• Harassment, bullying or threats, or hate speech against any person or group.
• Sexually explicit content, or anything that exploits or endangers minors in any way.
• Excessive real-world violence, glorifying terrorism, or encouraging self-harm.
• Spoilers without using the spoiler tool.
• Spam, unsolicited ads, and malicious or fraudulent links.
• Impersonating others or sharing their private information without permission.
• Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property.
• Any unlawful activity.

Use the in-app reporting tools if you see anything that breaks these rules. Reports about the safety of minors get the highest review priority.

What you post stays yours. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reformat and distribute it within Animora and in promoting it, as far as needed to run the service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for what others have already shared or what we must keep by law.

You confirm that you own the rights to what you post, or have permission to post it, and that you are responsible for it.

We may review any content and hide or remove it if it breaks these terms, without prior notice where necessary. We may warn, temporarily suspend or permanently ban an account that breaks them, depending on how serious and repeated the violation is.

If you believe a decision about you was a mistake, email us at hello@farajai.com and we will review it.

Anime information in Animora (titles, synopses, characters and schedules) is compiled from public sources and edited by hand, and may contain errors. Titles, images and trademarks of the works belong to their owners and are shown for identification only.

The app may show episodes from external sources and providers. We do not produce these works, and we do not guarantee the availability, quality or continuity of any episode.

Animora’s design, logo and software belong to us. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them, scrape the service’s data, or attempt to access or disrupt our systems without authorization.

We respect the rights of creators. If you own rights in a work, or represent someone who does, and believe content in Animora infringes them, email us at hello@farajai.com with:

• Who you are, your capacity (rights holder or authorized agent) and how to reach you.
• The protected work you are referring to.
• Exactly where the infringing content is in Animora (the anime and episode number, or the link to the post).
• A statement that you act in good faith and that the information you provide is accurate.

We will remove or disable the content within a reasonable time after verifying the notice, and we may close the accounts of repeat infringers.

Animora is free and shows ads from third parties. We are not responsible for the content of ads or the sites they lead to, and your dealings with advertisers are governed by their terms.

We may add, change or discontinue features, or pause the service for maintenance, without any obligation to you.

Animora is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranty that it will run without interruption or errors, or that its content is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Animora, or from content posted by other users or third parties. Nothing here excludes any right that the law in your country does not allow to be excluded.

You can stop using Animora and delete your account whenever you like. We may end your access if you break these terms or put users or the service at risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, such as the license on shared content and the disclaimer, continue to apply.

We may change these terms as the service evolves. We will update the last-updated date at the top of the page and tell you in the app before any significant change takes effect. Continuing to use Animora after a change takes effect means you accept it.

If any provision turns out to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
